Drawings are held at 7:50am every Friday morning on the Highway Patrol. Birthday announcements must be received before 7:50am on Friday mornings to be eligible for the drawing. An eligible entry must have the following: First/Last Name, Mailing Address, and Phone Number and/or Email address.
