Schedule of Events

• 7:30–11:30 a.m. Screenings
• 8:15–9:15 a.m. Group Cycling Class
• 9:30 a.m. 2-mile Sweet Heart Walk

Schedule Details

• Pre-register for Sweet Heart Walk by Feb. 5th at noon and the cost is only $5/person. That will also guarantee you a long sleeve shirt! The first 25 to pre-register also get a free pedometer. Day of event registration cost is $10/person. Check-in/registration begins at 8 a.m. with the walk starting at 9:30 a.m. To help with a prompt start to the walk, please arrive 30 minutes prior.
• Daycare will be available.
• Door prize drawings held throughout the day. Discount coupons from local merchants also available.
• Membership specials given throughout the day!

Screenings to be Offered

• Fasting Lipid Panel to include Total Cholesterol, HDL (good cholesterol), LDL (bad cholesterol), TC/HDL ratio and Triglycerides
• Non-fasting Cholesterol Check to include Total Cholesterol, HDL (good cholesterol) and TC/HDL ratio
• Cost for either screening is $10
• Glucose
• Blood Pressure
• Measurement of Oxygen Saturation Level
• Body Composition Analysis and Body Mass Index (BMI) Cost—Free
• Healthy eating display with healthy snacks for all participants.

• Screening appointments encouraged by calling (507) 376-6197. Walk-ins are also welcomed!
• The Community Blood Bank Bloodmobile will be on site taking blood donations!
• There will be a lot of great activities for kids throughout the morning!
