US 104 and the Southwest Minnesota Fishing Club are proud to sponsor The Deep Freeze Dip for Southwest Minnesota Honor Flight!
With over $120,000.00 needed, we invite you to help our cause! On January 23rd right after the 1st annual US 104 - SW MN Fishing Club Ice Fishing Tournament, we will have our 1st annual Deep Freeze Dip. If you are 18 or older, you may participate and at the same time raise money for a worthy cause. This year our complete focus in on The Honor Flight for SW Minnesota. Fundraising efforts are on now to raise money to send our US WWII Veterans to Washington D.C. free of charge to view the WWII Memorial. This flight is also available to select US Veterans of other wars who are ailing and meet qualifications. What better way to honor them than to send them on this trip! We invite you to take the plunge! If you wish to participate, you must stop in the US 104 offices at 1029 3rd Ave Worthington and pick up an official pledge sheet. We ask you to seek donations for your chilly efforts. This money is tax deductable and all money collected via check should be made out to Honor Flight SW MN.

You will have to turn in your pledge sheets on Friday by 5pm to the US 104 offices. At 3pm on January 23rd right off the shore of Sunset Park on Lake Okabena you will be asked to take the Deep Freeze Dip. We will pay respects to you by announcing your total pledge money raised! Then, take the dip! Emergency staff and a warming house will be on hand to heat you back up. Do your part and join US 104 and The SW MN Fishing Club and help us meet our goal of $5000.00.
