What could your school district do with up to $25,000?

America’s Farmers Grow Rural Education℠, a Monsanto Fund program in Illinois and Minnesota, gives farmers the opportunity to nominate their public school district to compete for a grant of up to $25,000 to promote science and math education.

Nomination deadline is June 30, 2011.

Schools have until July 15, 2011 to apply.
Grants will be awarded in September 2011.

Grants will be awarded based on merit determined by the Monsanto Fund, need and community support. The more farmers to nominate a school district, the more it demonstrates community support and strengthens the school district’s application. Share this exciting opportunity with other local farmers in your area.
