Leo Chapman-Nesseth, son of Andrew and Lindsay, was born June 6, 2009.
Leo was diagnosed May 14, 2010 with a rare genetic disorder called Alper’s syndrome. There is no medical cure for this disorder. Leo passed away June 9, 2010.
