 King Turkey Day’s ~“6th Annual” Bowling Tournament

Sat., Feb. 20th, Oxford Bowl, Worthington,

9 pin no tap, 5 person team. Men’s, Women’s and co-ed teams welcome. There will be a $25.00

per person entry fee. Bowl 3 games. Available shifts 10:00-12:30, 1:00-3:30, 4:00-6:30 or 7:00-

9:30. The deadline for entry fees and registration sheets will be Feb. 19th. All Non-sanctioned

bowlers’ men 150 average, women 135 average. Sanctioned bowlers use 2008-09 highest

average unless 10 pins higher 2009-10 season, as of Feb 19^th. Team average cannot exceed

875. Handicap is 90% for established 220 averages.

1^st place………. $425.00

2^nd place……… $250.00

3^rd place……… $175.00

4^th place……… $150.00

5^th place….……$125.00

Cash payout based on 54 teams!

All bowlers must be 18 years of age to enter.

There will be drawings for team or individual prizes every half hour. BOWLERS! Collect $10.00 in donations from your friends, relatives, neighbors, or co-workers and turn it in the day of the tournament and receive one free gift of your choice, KTD T-shirt (limited supply), a KTD cookbook full of great recipes. Collect $15.00 in donations and receive a KTD Bowling T-Shirt. Collect $20.00 in donations or donate yourself and receive a KTD bowling long sleeved jersey. Also, $25.00 in donations makes you eligible for a drawing of $200.00 cash. For very $10.00 over $25.00 you can register again. EXAMPLE – a $55.00 donation you are eligible to register 4 times.

REMEMBER… There can only be 16 teams per shift. Please send your registration sheets and entry fees before Feb. 19^th, 2010 as it makes check-in time much shorter to:
